The outcome of this process has been the definition of 3 strategic objectives based on which the company has defined a
new Quality, Excellence and Sustainability Master Plan 2013-2015 in line with the CSR strategy:

Secure and reliable company: sustainability must allow the reinforcement of Enagás identity as an engaged, secure and reliable company.

Sustainable businesses: Enagás must identify opportunities of sustainable business in an economy that will predictably be a low carbon economy.

Excellent abilities: Enagás must bet on providing the company with human resources having excellent abilities that allow taking advantage of new and more competitive markets’ opportunities.
