The Environmental Sustainability Report prepared by the Energy Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade was submitted for public consultation through an announcement in the Official State Gazette. The time limit for public information and consultation on the preliminary version of the Planning Schedule and the Environmental Sustainability Report was set at 45 business days, pursuant to Law 9/2006.
The French authorities were also consulted through the Directorate General of General Affairs and Coordination of Policies under the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, a division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
In August 2011, the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade website published the Environmental Sustainability Report associated with the 2012-2020 Planning Schedule.For more information, click
