Sustainable Management Model
Enagás, in its effort to promote change and improvement, uses a series of methods in the areas of Quality, Excellence and Sustainability as springboards for identifying and implementing improvements in the organization.
Within Enagás’s commitment to improve, sustainability comprises a key element in complementing the transformative model.
Enagás, therefore, sees sustainability as another component in its improvement strategy, resulting in a Model that integrates Quality, Excellence and Sustainability as fundamental instruments for driving change.
The Sustainable Management Model is based on integrating three key areas:
- A Governance Model that defines responsibilities in the areas of quality, excellence and sustainability at the various organizational levels and which involves every company Department.
- Evaluation Tools to identify improvements in the different management areas of the company and in our relationships with our stakeholders.
- A specific Action Plan that defines and integrates the course of action associated with the areas of improvement identified.
