Regulations of the General Shareholders´ Meeting
The Regulations of the Enagás General Shareholders’ Meeting were approved in the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting on April 30th, 2004.
Articles 3.1 and 5.2.1 were modified in the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, held on April 22nd, 2006 and Articles 4 and 13.3 were modified in the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, held on May 11th, 2007.
The Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, held on March 25th, 2011, approved the modification of several articles of the Regulations of the Enagás General Shareholders' Meeting.
