In accordance with article 6.6. of R.D. 949/2001 “[…] The owners of regasification, storage and transmission facilities shall publish their contracted and available capacity and planned expansions at quarterly intervals at each of their facilities”.
In line with the above, in this page you can download the monthly report about existing and booked flowrate capacity, the interruptibility capacity report and backhaul capacity report at interconnection points.
Capacities are expressed under the following reference conditions: [GCV at 0ºC; V(0ºC, 1.01325 bar)]. According to Annex J of ISO 6976 the factor applied for converting the GCV from 0ºC to 25ºC shall be 1/1.0026.
It has been incorporated information regarding the virtual interconnection point between Spain and Portugal, called VIP.PT, which includes capacities at the interconnection points of Tuy and Badajoz.
Daily products offered at the VIP between Spain and Portugal
Enagás and REN hereby inform all interested shippers that as from the 15th March 2013 capacity on the VIP is also available as a daily bundled capacity product, to be contracted for the same quantity on both sides of the Portuguese-Spanish border.
The allocation of daily products will be made through a First-Come-First-Serve procedure, in close coordination between both TSOs.
The applicable tariff on the Spanish side will be the regulated tariff in force for daily capacity as published by the Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo (“Orden IET/2812/2012 de 27 de diciembre” in “BOE Núm. 314, de 31 de diciembre de 2012”) and on the Portuguese side will be the regulated tariff for short duration (energy tariff) as published by ERSE (“Tarifas e Preços de Gás Natural para o Ano Gás 2012-2013”).
Shippers have thus the possibility to choose between monthly and daily products on the VIP for all the remaining capacity until 30th September 2013 on a First-Come-First-Serve basis.
